Shape the week around guests, preferences and the rhythm of the home. Keep every meal and serving plan in view.

A new standard for hospitality operations
DAR brings the work behind private kitchens, villas and hospitality spaces into one clear, considered place.
Good hospitality looks effortless because someone is holding every detail.
DAR gives chefs, villa managers and hospitality teams a shared view of what is planned, what is available and what needs attention—without adding noise to the day.
Move from planning to service with a clearer view of the work behind the experience.
Shape the week around guests, preferences and the rhythm of the home. Keep every meal and serving plan in view.
Know what is on hand, what is running low and what should be purchased before service.
Photograph a purchase receipt. Review the extracted items, quantities, prices and date before adding it to stock.
Set portions, link recipes to the menu and confirm what was cooked. DAR can deduct the used ingredients from inventory after your review.
Keep preparation, villa and service tasks visible so nothing important gets lost between the kitchen and the home.
The details connect, so the team can spend more energy on the guest and less on chasing information.
Take a photo of the invoice when the shopping is done.
Check the items, quantities, prices and date before approval.
Approved purchases update the stock view for the next service.
Confirm the recipe and portions; used ingredients can be deducted from inventory.
Hospitality is feltDAR began with a simple question: why should the people responsible for a beautiful experience have to manage their day across scattered notes, messages and spreadsheets?
Hussam Ashkar built DAR from hands-on experience as a private chef and Hospitality Manager in Dubai. It is a young project, shaped carefully around the real pressure of kitchens, homes and service.
